A Fun & Gentle Intro to Horses for Kids & Parents! 🌿
Designed for boys and girls ages 3-6, this interactive clinic is a perfect first step into the world of horses—with parents joining in on the fun! Together, little wranglers and their grown-ups will learn the basics of horse communication, safety, and care in a hands-on, supportive environment.
Every child participating must have at least one parent/guardian present and active within the program. This means guardians participating must also be dressed in appropriate attire and prepared to participate.
✨ What to Expect:
🧡 Parent-Child Bonding – Work side by side to build confidence around horses through gentle, guided activities.
🐎 Horse Connection – Learn how to safely approach, pet, brush, and lead a horse, developing trust and communication skills. Children will not be riding the horses but getting up and down own them, learning to get comfortable. For kids closer to 6 this may vary.
🎉 Fun & Engaging – Interactive lessons make horse education exciting and accessible for young learners.
🌿 A Lasting Foundation – Gain knowledge about horse behavior and care, setting the stage for future riding adventures!
This special experience encourages confidence, connection, and teamwork, giving both kids and parents a chance to create unforgettable memories with their new four-legged friends! 🐴💛
Arrival & Departure
Please do not arrive any earlier than 15 minutes before your session start time. We’ve created the timing so that you can acclimate with your little one. We want the kids to be comfortable and not in a strict classroom setting, but in a learning environment that’s structured yet mindfully paced to help them retain what we are discussing. We do stress safety, so we encourage you to keep an eye on your children at all times.
Paperwork will be sent to you after reservations are made.
Please be prepared to print & sign the paperwork attached to this email, or sign in person on the day of your clinic.
Photography
Be cautious of having your camera out, we want you to be safe and in the moment. Instructors will be taking photos and sharing them post clinic. There will be time at the end of the session to get additional photos of your lil’ wrangler.
No Photography? We love sharing what we are doing at the ranch online, however, if you would like to opt out of this, please let me know.
